NSS is pleased to announce that Erin Thompson has joined the team as employer engagement manager. Erin brings 7 years of experience in the tech industry, most recently as a relationship executive for Alternative Solutions Consulting. Prior to that, Erin spent 6 years with the Greater Nashville Technology Council (NTC) in roles that supported programming and events and the NTC’s member companies.

As employer engagement manager at NSS, Erin will connect area employers with recent graduates and share upskilling and reskilling opportunities with employers to meet an unprecedented demand for tech talent in the region.
