We’re wrapping up two exciting days at the Nashville Analytics Summit where we had the opportunity to talk with several prospective students and community members about the launch of our Data Science Bootcamp in October. If you’re not on our Data Science newsletter, let’s catch you up on the latest.
We received the final program approval from the TN Higher Education Commission on Thursday, 27 July. Now that we have approval, we can begin to actively market the program, take applications from interested students, and lock in the start dates for the program.
The Data Science Bootcamp will begin on 17 October, 2017 and will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays for nine months.

Application Now Available
The application form for the program is now live. If you are interested in applying for the program, please help us ensure that the program launches in October by applying now.
The admissions process starts with us receiving and reviewing your application and is followed by in-person interviews (or video interviews for those unavailable to meet with us in-person). Once we receive your application, we would expect that within a week we will send you an invitation to schedule your interview.
Data Science Information Session Scheduled
We have two information sessions specifically focused on the Data Science Bootcamp. This will allow us to dive into much more detail about the Data Science program than we can in our general information sessions.
The Data Science Information Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, 23 August at 5:30pm or Wednesday, 13 September at 5:30. You can attend either session if you would like more information. Please RSVP on Eventbrite. Even if you apply now, feel free to sign up for the information session so that you can get your specific questions about the program answered.
