Brandon Vinson of Full-time Web Development Cohort 47 at Nashville Software SchoolSpending the last two decades in the restaurant business, Brandon Vinson of Full-time Web Development Cohort 47 shares that he “learned the value of teamwork and serving others.” Brandon wanted to take those skills into the world of software development and serve others on a broader scale when he discovered Nashville Software School (NSS). 

What was your favorite part of your NSS experience?

“I loved being able to learn and collaborate with such a diverse group of awesome people!”

What was your favorite capstone project and what about it made it your favorite? 

“My favorite capstone was my final capstone, HealthNut, a weight and meal tracking app. I really liked seeing how the front-end and back-end come together to make an awesome app!”

What advice would you give to current or incoming NSS Web Development students? 

“Be ready to warp your brain!”
