“COVID-19 has created an unnatural pause in the growth of Nashville’s Tech Community - but the last four months we’ve seen the rapid growth in demand return as hiring has clearly resumed for tech talent,” he states. “That's without considering further acceleration of growth driven by announcements like the NTT Data announcement and even more so the Oracle announcement, and the fact that Amazon still has roughly 75% to 80% of their announced hiring to do.”
